MTOAA's Operation 360 aims to identify and share hundreds of great ideas from track owners and operators about fan experience, marketing, operation, safety, community relations, purchasing economies, promotion, additional revenue streams, and much more. The program provides an opportunity to learn about the latest ideas and best practices applied by other track owners and operators, as well as those used in other industries.
The Operation 360 program helps track owners and operators improve their daily operational effectiveness, and their customer, fan, and service capabilities. Member organizations are empowered to solve real-world problems by sharing ideas:
1. Supportive of track owners' and operators' unique positions.
2. Addressing improved profitability through increased revenue and cost savings.
3. About improving customer communication and enhancing customer experience.
4. On positively impacting the organization.
Operation 360 learns from MTOAA's members and other industry resources, and shares this knowledge through MTOAA publications like Track Tips and Leader of the Track. MTOAA also offers courses and tutorials. At the TrackWorld Conference many Operation 360 best practices are shared in keynote sessions, concurrent sessions, poster sessions, exhibits, and more. The best Operation 360 ideas are recognized at the Track Owner of the Year Awards program.
